Have you a moment for me? An ear for listening? A helping hand, should I need? Or sturdy shoulders for crying? Sometimes we could all use a friend, No problem man, I'll be here 'til the end. Is there any other place you'd rather be? You and I, how bout we take it easy? Gotta make the time to do the better things You and I, how bout we plant these seeds? Sing love and joy for all we see. You and I how about we plant these seeds? Share hope and love with all we meet. You and I how bout we plant these seeds?

Wind blown light across still water, dancing rays Nights spent losing all truth, Pave way to new days. Strong hands plant seeds, Gentler hands help them grow green. A few more colorful breaths, Maybe I'll remember to breathe After all aren't we all human beings? Trying our best to manifest our dreams. Won't you help to keep the roots of this family tree growing deep? And those branches upon it blossoming? Try not to lose your head over cards dealt yesterday. We're all washed clean in the grace of the morning. A few more deep breaths maybe on day I can see. A change in my spiritual depth as that moment unfolds to feeling After all aren't we all human beings? Trying our best to manifest our dreams. Won't you help to keep the roots of this family tree growing deep? And those branches upon it blossoming? The seeds sown The garden grown Today I took a slower road It was only in order to find home That rainbow light It still reflects brightly I can see it shining From your tired eyes.

Dire Wolf 03:06
The dire wolf was at it again Smiling that wicked grin. Reasoning why I could go with him, Give in, lose it all again. I don't think I'm ready. Maybe one day I'll again float away Trade my freedom for weighted chains Forfeit all I've earned for deaths namesake Taint my gold and green with shades of grey But that's not today And I doubt I'll ever go willing Misery loves the company, So get the fuck away from me. Why try so hard to lose my mind? Or wage war between you and I? Don't know why I bother trying to get high I just forget my lines and leave my friends behind. I'm sorry if I never see you again. Maybe one day I again go astray Trade my freedom for weighted chains Forfeit all I've earned for death's namesake Taint my gold and green with shades of grey But that's not today I know I'll never feel the same way again Misery still loves the company So get the fuck away from me.

I've always been good at giving in, And endlessly struggling Nowadays I'm a practiced pro, At giving life another go. You won't hear me scream or shout, Won't find me dead on the ground. I'm going to live well for now For myself before anything else. Chasing A Feeling To and Fro, and back again Chasing my dreams, Ain't always as hard as it seems Chasing your love, I know I'll never catch up Chasing, after those feelings, It's to and fro and still got empty hands I've always been good at fueling the fun And aimlessly wandering Nowadays my body goes to show Steer clear the under tow You won't hear me scream or shout Shouldn't have to deal with me lashing out. I'm going to live well for now For myself and so much else Chasin' a feeling Too and fro and back again Chasin' my dreams Ain't always as hard as it seems Chasin' your love I know I'll never catch up Chasing after those feelings, It's to and fro and still got empty hands And am I even moving? Could you help remind me how my friends? I don't need to prove myself, Just give me some time to settle in. You'll see me live up to my name I've come too far to stop today Living true in pride or shame, I've come much too far to go astray. Not today. Hey hey hey, no way!

Live a little, let life in Love and laughter, experience Tomorrow's a mystery, Yesterday's been lived. We've got abundance Here with each other. Spinning 'round again Need to touch ground instead. See Earth as it is. Fresh new perspective. Conscious mind at hand. Soul mechanics Give a little, help nourish it. Humankindness We all need more of it. Tomorrow's misery need not exist. We've got abundance Here with each other. Spinning around again, Need to touch ground instead. See Earth as it is. Fresh new perspective. Conscious mind at hand, Strange soul mechanics How else to portray, So many names and faces? Look me in the eye and try, To see why I'm singing and smiling. We'd be all be a bit better off, Accepting each other's way. You got a whole lotta love, Why not share it today?

Watching the sky, As day turns to night, So still and quiet, Feeling alright. Sunsets brush strokes Pain the scene so bright, It fades with the light New moon on the rise. Cycling again Revolving with no end Constant as the seasons Consistent as time's hand Drifting in a dream, The ocean and the breeze. Those ancient redwood trees Past and present scenes. A lover in dire in need, A fool too lost to see. The river flowing onward, Is always where it's meant to be. Cycling again Revolving with no end Constant as the seasons Consistent as Time's Hand Life goes on with or without me Life will go on long after I'm gone I awoke to find the dawn Fresh horizon glowing gold. I'd been blessed, With another one. Another chance, to sing my song. Another chance, to share my love. So come on, and sing your song. Just share your love. Who know's how long 'til we're gone? Sing your song. Sing along. Share your love. Shine on.

Shadows 05:31
Has your mother drifted away Again my friend? Looking into your eyes, I'm having a hard time seeing light. I know the line is fine, But you're past time to pick a side. Night offered nothing more, Than a place to hide, rewind Better hurry, Before the paranoia sets in. Remind me your logic here? Where the hell has your reasoning been? Half way from either side, So indifferent. Is that any way to treat such a good life and friends man? Get your head on straight. So the time has come to head on home.... But there ain't no shame in returning To where you came from. We all need to rest our weary bones, From time to time. Reset that compass Retune that inner dial. Better hurry, Before the paranoia sets in again. Remind me your logic here? Where the hell has your reasoning been? Those shadows dancing on the walls Are not your friends. May have once had so much in common, But you're a different kind of man now... I can see it in your eyes.

about

Writing for this album began in 2019, nestled away in the sleepy Redwood Curtain of Northern California. Amidst tragedy and injury, Kirk (Pip) Ward moved home to Utah County where the in depth album writing and production process began alongside Christopher Andreasen aka Spaceseer and Tree Smith. Exiting a journey of ups and downs and extensive introspection, we're happy to finally release Catahoula's first EP "Catahoula Louisiana Leopard Dog"

We hope you enjoy.
